Right of Withdrawal
Under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from its conclusion, without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than those related to delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may contact us at our registered office address from Bucharest, by phone at +40 753 333 505, via the contact form, or by e-mail at [email protected], providing an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw.
If the withdrawal period has expired, no amount paid will be refunded.
Effects of Withdrawal
If the legal right of withdrawal applies, LEGALHUNT will refund all amounts received from the client within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as in the initial transaction, unless the client agrees otherwise. LEGALHUNT may delay the refund until it confirms that service provision has not started and no non-refundable supplier costs have been incurred.
Exception – Fully Performed Services
In accordance with art. 16(a) of OUG 34/2014, if the service has been fully performed, and the consumer:
has given prior express consent to start the service before the withdrawal period expires, and
has acknowledged that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed,
then the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Legal entities (companies) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
5.6. Restrictions and abusive use:
LEGALHUNT reserves the right to reject or restrict requests in the event of repeated unserious or abusive behavior (e.g., multiple incomplete orders, using false identities, attempting to circumvent contractual steps). In such cases, LEGALHUNT may block access to its services without prior notice.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
6.1. Validity of offers:
Automatically generated offers are valid only for the period indicated in the platform. Delays in confirmation or payment may result in expiration of the offer, without LEGALHUNT being obliged to guarantee the initial pricing or availability.
6.2. Post-payment cancellation:
Once the contract is signed and payment is confirmed, the User may no longer cancel the service unilaterally. Due to the digital and on-demand nature of the services, which involve personalized legal and administrative work, no refund shall be granted except in cases where LEGALHUNT is unable to deliver the services due to internal fault.

12. Dispute Resolution
The Parties agree that their relationship shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law.
For any complaints or issues related to the services purchased, Users may at any time submit a written complaint using the contact form available on the Website. LEGALHUNT undertakes to respond to such complaints within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
If the User:
does not receive a response from LEGALHUNT within 30 calendar days; or
receives a response after the expiration of this term; or
is dissatisfied with the way the complaint was handled by LEGALHUNT;
they may resort to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (SAL/SOL) described below, before pursuing any legal proceedings.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) is a procedure that allows consumers to settle disputes with traders without going to court. Complaints are submitted voluntarily and are handled independently, impartially, transparently, efficiently, and fairly. Complaints can be submitted both online and via traditional means, such as in writing or on another durable medium.
To initiate an SAL procedure, Users may submit a written complaint to the Directorate for Alternative Dispute Resolution within the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), using the following contact details:
Address: Bulevardul Aviatorilor nr. 72, Sector 1, Bucharest, Postal Code 011865
Phone: +40 21 307 67 69
Fax: +40 21 314 34 62
E-mail: [email protected]
The ANPC Directorate for Alternative Dispute Resolution is competent to settle both national and cross-border disputes arising from contracts concluded with traders operating in Romania. It is listed among the SAL entities recognized at the EU level, as available on the following platform: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro/.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution (SOL) in consumer disputes, the User may also choose to settle any disputes extrajudicially through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (SOL platform) – a digital tool developed by the European Commission to facilitate fair, transparent, and efficient out-of-court resolution of contractual disputes arising from online purchases between EU consumers and EU-based traders.
For more information, please refer to the section: Online Dispute Resolution (SOL).https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en
Please note: SAL and SOL do not represent two separate mechanisms, but rather a single system. The distinction lies only in the method of accessing the procedure: SAL complaints are submitted through traditional channels (email, post), while SOL complaints are initiated exclusively online via the European platform.
The Parties agree that any disagreements regarding the validity of this contract, or arising from its interpretation, performance, or termination, shall first be settled amicably by their designated representatives.
If no amicable resolution is possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent Romanian courts at the registered office of LEGALHUNT.
